Morocco 2008
From the 12nd to 26th January,
2008, I made a voyage to Morocco, together with my friend Simon.
We arrived first in Marrakesh, where we stayed for one night,
then we went by car to Ouarzazate and Tazzarine where we stayed
for another night. The next day we went on our desert tour. With
camels we travelled ten days through the desert and finally
arrived at the wonderful dunes of Erg Chebbi. From there, we
drove back by car - but only after we have found Hamunaptra, the
City of the Dead, where Steven Sommers made his Mummy-films. We
stayed a night in a hotel in Ait Oudinar, in the Dades-valley.
The next day we visited Ait Benhaddou, where the
"Gladiator" has been filmed, before we arrived
Marrakesh again. We stood there another night before travelling
home to Germany.
