This tattoo is difficult to see (for me, of course). One can see that there is a high letter like the panicle of a flower (M17), which would correspond to all other hieroglyphic sets on the chest and back. So I think that high sign must be the panicle. Then there is something below which looks like a snake or wave. Below theree is something jagged. I try to put in a lot of hieroglyphic letter combinations in the Old Egyptian online dictionary. The result is, that this could be the same as one on the chest, only that here the house (O1) with the bread (X1) above stand in the middle and not on the right end of the hieroglyphic band. These five letters mean "secret place". If the house would be missing on the back, it would mean the basic form "secret", just compare the two little hieroglyphics in the middle below. Summarized, I can't really see the full tattoo...
