Medjai-Tattoos: Arms and back of the hand

For this tattoo you don't need a stencil because it is easy to draw. Simply draw an "E" on the back of you hand with the tattoo marker pen- the open side of the "E" should point to your fingers. Attention, because the "E" is not regular, please have a look on the picture on the left.
One can see this hand tattoo very good in the first minutes of "The Mummy 1" in the scene where the Medjai closes the sarcophagus of "he who shall not be named".
These E-tattoos are also placed on the forearms and the upper arms. I didn't discover the meaning of this "E". Three lines mean a multitude, something like "a lot of...". This E-mark looks menacing, like a kind of a weapon to me. On my drawing (below to the right) I have attached the numbers 6 to 11 for all the places marked with an "E", so you can see, were these places are on the Medjai body.
